Precision under pressure: Shooting features Rifle (10m Air Rifle, 50m 3 Positions, bullseye the size of a period), Pistol (10m Air Pistol, 25m Rapid Fire with targets appearing for 2-4 seconds), and Shotgun (Skeet and Trap, flying orange clay disks). Scoring is decimal (10.9 perfect), the final is a knockout format (lowest eliminated every 10 shots), and the "pulse rate" of a shooter drops to 40 BPM during the trigger pull, making it meditation with a bang.
